Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Similar Discipline.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Leadership Role In An Engineering Environment, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers, Including Setting And Achieving Team Goals, Providing Feedback And Coaching, And Promoting Teamwork And Collaboration.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Semiconductor Design And Manufacturing Processes, As Well As Experience With Relevant Software And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
