- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding all employee-related issues, concerns, and inquiries.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management to foster a trusting and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Manage the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employee relations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during times of organizational change, such as reorganizations or mergers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a role model for company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Relations At A Large Organization
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion.
