  1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding all employee-related issues, concerns, and inquiries.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management to foster a trusting and collaborative work environment.
  7. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  9. Manage the performance evaluation process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employee relations, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to employee relations matters.
  12. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during times of organizational change, such as reorganizations or mergers.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  14. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  15. Act as a role model for company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Relations At A Large Organization

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws

  • Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion.
