  1. Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with HR team and management to develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
  5. Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations practices.
  6. Create and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
  8. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to address them.
  9. Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations, including diversity and inclusion.
  10. Analyze employee data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  11. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all employee relations activities.
  13. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and HR colleagues.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations as assigned.
  15. Uphold AMD's values and promote a culture of respect, trust, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Handle Conflict And Difficult Situations.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Programs, Policies, And Procedures.
