- Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR team and management to develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all employee relations practices.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations, including diversity and inclusion.
- Analyze employee data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all employee relations activities.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and HR colleagues.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to employee relations as assigned.
- Uphold AMD's values and promote a culture of respect, trust, and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Handle Conflict And Difficult Situations.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Programs, Policies, And Procedures.
