  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients in a timely manner.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Continuously gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve AMD's DSP products and services.
  9. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.
  10. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided.
  11. Represent AMD at industry events and conferences to promote the company's DSP products.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within AMD to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on DSP technology and provide guidance on client interactions.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Field Application Engineering Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Expertise In Dsp (Digital Signal Processing) Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Amd Products And Technologies, As Well As Knowledge Of The Southwestern Us Market And Customer Base.
