1. Lead the design verification process for all projects, ensuring the quality and correctness of designs.
2. Manage and coordinate a team of design verification engineers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
3. Develop and implement verification methodologies and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Review and analyze design specifications and requirements to ensure they are complete and testable.
5. Design and implement test plans, testbenches, and coverage metrics to thoroughly verify design functionality.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues found during the verification process, working closely with design and architecture teams.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design verification, and recommend and implement best practices.
8. Mentor and train junior team members in design verification techniques and methodologies.
