  1. Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to AMD's products.
  2. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  4. Utilize knowledge of computer engineering principles to provide accurate and efficient diagnoses.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background In Computer Engineering Or Related Field, With A Deep Understanding Of Hardware And Software Architecture.

  • Extensive Experience With Debugging And Troubleshooting Complex Hardware And Software Systems, Including Proficiency In Using Diagnostic Tools And Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of X86 And Arm Architectures, As Well As Experience Working With Various Operating Systems Such As Windows, Linux, And Macos.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret System Logs, Error Messages, And System Crashes To Identify Root Causes And Propose Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
