  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Actively monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform customer strategies and decision-making.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AMD's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
  7. Communicate with customers to gather feedback and insights, and use this information to continuously improve the customer experience.
  8. Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations with customers to discuss project updates, new products, and other relevant information.
  9. Manage customer contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  10. Proactively identify potential issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure customer success.
  11. Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  12. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and communications.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to customer management.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing AMD in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Program Management Or Account Management In A Technology Company.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Customer Accounts And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Semiconductor Industry, Including Product Development And Supply Chain Processes.
