- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and address customer needs.
- Understand and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively support customer accounts.
- Act as a product expert, providing technical knowledge and support to customers.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service, Account Management, Or Sales.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Ability To Analyze Data And Use It To Make Strategic Decisions For Customer Accounts.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
