As part of the Custom Silicon Core Engineering Group, you will lead a team responsible for managing and delivering cutting-edge silicon solutions for our customers.   1. Lead a team of engineers responsible for the development and delivery of custom silicon solutions for clients.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for custom silicon projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  4. Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance to team members on complex technical issues.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
  8. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Custom Silicon Core Engineering Group.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  12. Uphold company values and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Silicon Design And Development Processes, Including Rtl Design, Verification, And Physical Implementation

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Projects To Completion

  • Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Ability To Adapt To Changing Project Requirements And Timelines.
