  1. Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy in alignment with global best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving sustainability practices and reducing environmental impact.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish sustainability goals, targets, and action plans.
  4. Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability goals, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to sustainability, and advise on potential impact to the company's strategy.
  6. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and community partners.
  7. Lead and facilitate sustainability training and education initiatives for employees, promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization.
  8. Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and reporting requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain sustainability policies, procedures, and standards for the company.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability issues, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
  13. Represent the company in sustainability conferences, events, and industry associations.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the sustainability team.
  15. Champion the company's sustainability efforts and communicate progress and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Sustainability, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Regulations And Sustainability Standards, Such As Iso 14001 And Cdp.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Sustainability Strategies And Initiatives Within A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Sustainability Goals And Targets.
