- Act as a liaison between the company and external regulatory agencies or law enforcement, if necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve investigation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Investigations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Corporate Investigations, Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act And The Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
Proven Experience In Conducting Complex Investigations, Including Financial Fraud, Intellectual Property Theft, And Employee Misconduct.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
