  1. Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into potential violations of corporate policies and ethical standards.
  2. Utilize analytical skills to gather and analyze evidence, identify patterns, and draw conclusions.
  3. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure all aspects of investigations are addressed.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to gather information and support investigations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to corporate compliance and investigations.
  7. Identify potential areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent future violations.
  8. Ensure all investigations are conducted with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  9. Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation of investigations, including evidence collected and actions taken.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate compliance and investigations, providing guidance and training to employees as needed.
  11. Act as a liaison between the company and external regulatory agencies or law enforcement, if necessary.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve investigation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Investigations, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Corporate Investigations, Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act And The Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

  • Proven Experience In Conducting Complex Investigations, Including Financial Fraud, Intellectual Property Theft, And Employee Misconduct.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner.
