  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of AMD's beta software programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with beta testers, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that beta software programs align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and track beta program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
  5. Facilitate the recruitment and selection of beta testers, ensuring a diverse and representative group.
  6. Create and maintain program documentation, including program guidelines, FAQs, and training materials.
  7. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in regards to beta software testing.
  8. Analyze beta test feedback and provide recommendations for improvements or changes to the software.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in beta testing methodologies.
  10. Act as a liaison between the beta testers and the development team, providing timely and relevant information.
  11. Coordinate beta program launch events and promotional activities.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to effectively promote the beta software programs.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the beta software program processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Monitor and report on key metrics and analytics related to the beta software programs.
  15. Train and mentor new team members on beta program management best practices.

  • Knowledge Of Beta Testing Processes: A Beta Software Program Administrator At Amd Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Beta Testing Process, Including Identifying Potential Beta Testers, Creating Test Plans, And Managing Feedback And Bug Reports.

  • Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Software Development, Testing Methodologies, And Debugging Tools. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Communicate With The Engineering Team And Understand The Technical Aspects Of The Beta Software.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Beta Software Program Administrator, One Must Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Ensuring That Each Beta Test Runs Smoothly And On Schedule. Strong Project Management Skills, Including Time Management, Organization, And Problem-Solving, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Beta Software Program Administrator Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Beta Testers, Product Managers, And Developers. They Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information, Provide Updates, And Address Any Issues That May Arise During The Beta Testing Process.
