  1. Develop and implement innovative and efficient solutions for ASIC design in our cutting-edge GPU/ML Shader Core.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine design objectives and requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  4. Use industry-standard tools and methodologies to design and validate ASIC components.
  5. Perform functional and performance verification of the developed ASIC designs.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues and provide effective solutions.
  7. Optimize ASIC designs for power, performance, and area.
  8. Document all design processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members to facilitate their professional growth.
  10. Keep a close eye on project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline ASIC design processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Adhere to company standards and protocols for design, development, and testing.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their technologies into our ASIC designs.
  14. Actively participate in design reviews and contribute valuable insights and suggestions.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of ASIC design principles and apply them to design activities.
  16. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all design work.
  17. Proactively identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies.
  18. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
  19. Act as a subject matter expert on ASIC design for the company and represent the company at industry events.
  20. Uphold the company's values of innovation, excellence, and collaboration in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field With A Focus On Asic Design.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Gpu/Ml Shader Core Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Rtl Coding Using Verilog Or Vhdl, And Experience With Asic Design Tools Such As Cadence Or Synopsys.

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture, Including Cpu And Gpu Pipelines, Cache Hierarchies, And Memory Systems.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Optimizing Shader Code For Machine Learning Applications, With Knowledge Of Frameworks Such As Tensorflow Or Pytorch.
