Extensive Experience In Analog/Mixed Signal Design: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Analog/Mixed Signal Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects. This Experience Should Include Designing And Implementing Analog And Mixed-Signal Circuits, As Well As Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Engineering Manager, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Engineers And Lead Them Towards Achieving Project Goals. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Providing Technical Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Engineers, As Well As Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Analog/Mixed Signal Design Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Tools Used In Analog/Mixed Signal Design, Such As Spice Simulation, Layout Tools, And Verification Tools. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Managing And Guiding The Team In The Design And Verification Process.
Proven Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Project Management Background And Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes Developing Project Plans, Managing Timelines, And Ensuring Delivery Of High-Quality Designs On Schedule.
