Social Worker-MSW

We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Worker-MSW to join our Ambercare team. In this role, you will provide social work services to our clients, facilitate their access to needed resources and services, and help them to achieve their highest level of functioning and quality of life. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with our staff to ensure that our clients receive the care and support they need.To be successful in this role, you must possess an MSW degree, be licensed as a social worker, and have two years of experience working with aging adults or their families. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess strong problem-solving and assessment skills, and have a deep understanding of the impact of aging on a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
