Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to patients in accordance with Ambercare's standards of excellence.
2. Assist patients with daily living activities as needed.
3. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families.
5. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
6. Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.
7. Update patient records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations.
8. Handle complaints and inquiries from patients and their families in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Ensure all relevant documents are completed accurately and timely.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
