Hospice Aide - CNA Trainee

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospice Aide CNA Trainee with Ambercare. In this role, you will provide specialized care for hospice patients and their families in their homes.The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to providing services of the highest quality. You should be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or have a desire to become one and successfully complete the CNA training program. You should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Provide specialized care to hospice patients and their families in their homes.
2. Complete the CNA training program.

5. Work as part of a team to provide high quality services for hospice patients and their families.
6. Follow all policies and procedures of the organization.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality.
8. Document patient care and progress.
9. Participate in continuing education and training as required.
10. Remain current on trends and advancements in hospice care.
