Home Health Aide

We are looking for a candidate who is committed to delivering quality care and support to our patients.A successful Home Health Aide should have a valid certification as a home health aide, along with several years of experience working in a home health, residential or long-term care setting. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and complete job duties in a timely manner. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is a must.In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate must have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide quality home health care to elderly and disabled clients
• Follow established protocols for patient care and safety
• Follow instructions from the patient’s physician and other medical staff
• Monitor the patient’s condition and administer treatments as required
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Assist with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other activities prescribed by the physician
• Document patient care in the medical record
• Provide emotional support to clients and their families
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the nursing staff
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
