
Clinical Team Assistant
At Ambercare, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Team Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the clinical team and ensure the smooth running of clinical operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills, as well as a commitment to providing a superior patient experience. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with daily operations.
- Ensure the smooth running of clinical operations by providing customer service and maintaining communication with patients and health care providers.
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the clinical team’s operations.
- Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of patient education materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives.
- Keep up to date on relevant clinical guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of clinical staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
