UX Manager, Design System

In this role you will work closely with design, engineering, and product partners to develop and evolve a vision and strategy for the design system that will elevate the end-to-end customer shopping experience across a variety of touch-points. You will be responsible for the backlog of projects, features, components, and visual assets. You will organize your backlog by priority and maintain a transparent roadmap across functional teams. Strong organization and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to offer unique creative solutions. You must be able manage/negotiate the expectations of your team and business partners, drive design performance in a high-velocity/high-volume work environment, work within constraints, and stay in active communication with the creative teams, business partners, and external design partners.
