  1. Develop and implement user-centered design strategies to enhance the overall user experience for Amazon customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions.
  3. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  5. Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in design across all Amazon platforms and products.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
  7. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  8. Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  9. Collaborate with the AFX Strategy team to understand business goals and align design solutions with them.
  10. Continuously gather customer feedback and monitor user behavior to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within given deadlines.
  12. Act as a UX design advocate within the organization, promoting the importance of user-centered design and its impact on business success.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential design issues or challenges, offering creative solutions to overcome them.
  15. Keep all design work organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product Managers, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Design-Related Field, Such As Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Or Graphic Design.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Customer-Oriented Environment.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, And Usability Testing.
