Job Description

Ensure the UXDR team predictably and efficiently delivers bar raising and customer obsessed work on time and on budget. Define, drive, and improve processes for UX Design & Research yearly and quarterly planning, UX portfolio management and team capacity planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, product managers, developers, and researchers to ensure a smooth product development process. Measure, communicate and share impact of programs to create transparency, alignment and continuous improvement within the overall Amazon Connect org. Plan design sprints, workshops, charrettes, research and similar activities. Assist in the hiring process, from early screening through interviewing and onboarding. Build and streamline our approach to UX research participant recruitment, including the construction of a participant pipeline and directory.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a digital producer, project manager or program manager

  • Track record of successfully creating and managing the tooling needed to manage a complex portfolio of UXDR work.

  • Expert level proficiency using Asana (or similar tool).

  • Experience in a customer-centric, insights-driven SaaS environment.

  • Experience shipping innovative, successful global consumer products in a highly-matrixed and ambiguous environment.
