Job Description

Amazon Games, Orange County is seeking a talented UI Technical Artist (AKA, UX Prototyper). Working closely with the UX Design Lead, UI Artists, and UI Developers you will be responsible for building and scripting UI screens and elements that are dynamic, animated, and optimized. This role carries with it opportunities for significant ownership, difficult architectural challenges, and the chance to re-explore and re-invent the UI conventions of MMOs.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience building interactive products with a scripting language based on established pixel-perfect mock-ups, on websites, apps, or games

  • 2+ previous projects working with an art director for feedback in functional products, pushing pixels, fine-tuning animations

  • Experience doing UX Design, like wireframes or clickable prototypes

  • Experience doing graphic design, layout design, and 2D animation, a plus
