Partner with Operations Managers and Area Managers to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training related activities. Track performance and provide identified retraining and process improvement opportunities to further develop CDL and non-CDL driver training. Provide timely and accurate reporting on the completion of trainings, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties. Create and communicate driver safety bulletins to local teams. Create new training content to address gaps in driver skill, or mitigate safety and compliance risk. Candidates must be able to travel to multiple sites within 250 miles of their home building and have reliable transportation.
