  1. Lead the development and launch of the Device OS for Amazon's products.
  2. Collaborate with a team of engineers and developers to drive innovation and deliver exceptional products.
  3. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality and efficient development of the Device OS.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  5. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and priorities.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Device OS team.
  9. Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

  11. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  12. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  13. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  14. Participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  15. Represent Amazon and the Device OS team at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Device Os Development: A Technical Program Manager For Device Os At Amazon Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Developing And Managing Operating Systems For A Variety Of Devices, Including Mobile Phones, Tablets, And Iot Devices.
