In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our growing online grocery service.   1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations for Amazon Fresh.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation, to meet customer demand and service level agreements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and optimize the supply chain network.
  4. Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  5. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  6. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial metrics to support supply chain operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for food safety and quality.
  10. Act as a liaison between Amazon Fresh and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
  12. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer obsession within the supply chain team.
  14. Travel as needed to visit suppliers, distribution centers, and other facilities to support supply chain operations and build relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Logistics, Inventory Management, And Procurement.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Communicate Them Effectively To Stakeholders.
