Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Fresh

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations for Amazon Fresh.
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation, to meet customer demand and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and optimize the supply chain network.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial metrics to support supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for food safety and quality.
- Act as a liaison between Amazon Fresh and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to maintain business continuity.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on supply chain performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer obsession within the supply chain team.
- Travel as needed to visit suppliers, distribution centers, and other facilities to support supply chain operations and build relationships.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Logistics, Inventory Management, And Procurement.
Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Communicate Them Effectively To Stakeholders.
