  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain operations and drive cost savings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, proactively implementing contingency plans.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, incorporating new ideas and technologies where applicable.
  9. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.
  12. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
  14. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
  15. Represent Amazon in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Retail Or E-Commerce Setting.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
