  1. Lead the technical strategy and execution of projects within the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  5. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Manage project resources, including team members and external contractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  7. Use your technical expertise to evaluate project feasibility and make recommendations for solutions.
  8. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve project processes and methodologies.
  10. Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  13. Act as a point of escalation for any project related issues.
  14. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Technical Project Management: A Senior Technical Program Manager At Amazon Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Experience With Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, And Delivery.

  • Strong Technical Background: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies, As Well As Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams Of Engineers, Designers, And Product Managers.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Technical Program Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Technical Professionals. This Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Conflicts.
