  3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for resolution.
  5. Identify and resolve dependencies and roadblocks to ensure project timelines are met.
  6. Coach and mentor junior program managers, providing guidance and support to improve project management skills.
  7. Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions and provide innovative solutions.
  10. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive successful project outcomes.
  11. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  12. Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular updates to finance teams.
  13. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new program management team members.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and promote a positive work culture within the team and across the organization.
