- Develop and execute seller growth strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive seller growth and success on the Amazon platform, including identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Lead a team: Manage a team of program managers to ensure the successful execution of seller growth initiatives and drive team performance to meet goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to align seller growth strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Drive results: Set challenging goals and consistently achieve and exceed them. Monitor and report on program performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
