  1. Develop and lead the Design Excellence program, setting clear goals and objectives to drive innovation and exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement design strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Manage the program budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform and guide program development.
  5. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the design team, setting priorities and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of design projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with program objectives.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success, proactively developing contingency plans as needed.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
  9. Monitor program performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the Design Excellence program.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Focus On Design And Product Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects And Programs With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Expertise In Design Thinking And User-Centered Design Principles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Amazon's Design Standards And Guidelines, As Well As Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Drive Decision Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
