
Senior Product Manager, Ads & Sponsorships

- Lead the Ads & Sponsorships team in developing and executing strategic product plans to drive growth and revenue for our advertising and sponsorship offerings.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising landscape.
- Use your deep understanding of customer needs and behavior to develop innovative and effective advertising and sponsorship solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our advertising and sponsorship products.
- Monitor industry and competitor activity to stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers to build a strong and high-performing team.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all advertising and sponsorship products adhere to Amazon's high standards of quality and customer obsession.
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital advertising and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all advertising and sponsorship products comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of advertising at Amazon by identifying and implementing new strategies and initiatives.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With At Least 3 Years Focused On Ads And Sponsorships.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Advertising And Sponsorship Products.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Digital Advertising Landscape, Including Ad Tech, Programmatic Advertising, And Data-Driven Marketing.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data To Drive Product Decisions And Optimize Performance.
Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, Engineering, And Other Teams.
