In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to optimize the utilization of our AWS infrastructure and ensure we have the capacity to meet the growing demand of our customers.   1. Lead and manage a team of talented individuals to optimize the utilization of AWS infrastructure.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure adequate capacity for meeting the growing demand of customers.
  3. Monitor and analyze current infrastructure usage and identify potential areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  5. Stay updated on the latest AWS infrastructure trends and technologies and incorporate them into capacity planning processes.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for capacity planning initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to capacity planning processes and procedures.
  9. Drive a culture of innovation and customer obsession within the team and across the organization.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact capacity planning.
  11. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
  12. Continuously analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Communicate updates and progress on capacity planning initiatives to senior management.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on AWS infrastructure and provide guidance to team members and other stakeholders.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, learning, and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Capacity Planning, Preferably In A Cloud Computing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Aws Infrastructure, Including Ec2, S3, And Rds.

  • Demonstrated Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Infrastructure Capacity Planning, With A Focus On Scalability And Cost Optimization.
