  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to tax operations.
  2. Utilize statistical and data mining techniques to develop predictive models and forecast future tax trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions to support decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor tax compliance.
  5. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations in various countries to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  6. Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimize tax operations.
  7. Communicate complex data analysis and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Mentor and train junior data analysts on best practices and new tools and techniques.
  9. Work closely with tax attorneys and external tax advisors to provide data and analysis for tax audits and disputes.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection methods and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Maintain data integrity and accuracy by identifying and resolving any data discrepancies.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and improve the customer experience.
  13. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive tax information.
  14. Keep up-to-date with emerging data analysis tools and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation.
  15. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization in data analysis and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Tax Services Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Other Data Analysis And Visualization Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Transfer Pricing And Cross-Border Transactions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
