  1. Develop and execute strategies to foster strong relationships with top vendor partners.
  2. Ensure the satisfaction and growth of vendors on the Amazon platform.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors.
  4. Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and projects.
  5. Utilize a deep understanding of e-commerce to help vendors succeed on the Amazon platform.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and meet vendor needs.
  7. Identify opportunities for vendor growth and provide recommendations to drive success.
  8. Proactively communicate with vendors and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Analyze data and metrics to track vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer success program.
  11. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful partnerships.
  12. Train and mentor junior customer success team members.
  13. Represent Amazon and the Vendor Services team at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to enhance and improve the customer success program.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Experience In Customer Success Management: A Senior Customer Success Manager At Amazon Vendor Services Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management, Preferably In The E-Commerce Or Retail Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Relationships With Large Clients.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Amazon's Platforms And Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Amazon's Various Platforms And Services, Including Vendor Central, Seller Central, And The Advertising Console. They Should Also Be Familiar With Amazon's Policies, Processes, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Senior Customer Success Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Be Able To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Clients.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: Amazon Is A Data-Driven Company, And A Senior Customer Success Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues That May Arise With Clients.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Role Of A Senior Customer Success Manager At Amazon Requires Strong Leadership Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Customer Success Managers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals And Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
