  7. Communicate complex security concepts and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures for hardware, firmware, and virtualization systems.
  9. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on security best practices and protocols.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert in hardware, firmware, and virtualization security, providing guidance and support to other team members.
