Sales Operations Manager

As the MAP Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for sales process automation (opportunity to close) and improvements, sales KPIs and metrics dashboards, sales planning, as well as contributing on field enablement efforts for our 125+ global Migrations BDs. You will be able to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, manage escalations, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints. This is a hands-on position - you will be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done. This individual will identify, develop, and deploy scalable mechanisms to establish a rhythm of the business, streamline operational processes, and drive key business decisions for the program. The successful candidate will have experience working cross functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders and will be able to think strategically, while also being able to roll up their sleeves and think tactically when needed.
