  1. Design and implement effective sales compensation plans that align with the overall business strategy and goals of Amazon Web Services.
  2. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and patterns in sales performance and compensation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership and finance, to gather input and ensure alignment on compensation plans.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness.
  6. Create and maintain documentation and communication materials related to sales compensation plans and policies.
  7. Partner with HR to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales compensation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, With Ability To Analyze And Recommend Improvements

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Modeling Using Excel, Salesforce, And Other Relevant Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Present Findings To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
