Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company
Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, With Ability To Analyze And Recommend Improvements
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Modeling Using Excel, Salesforce, And Other Relevant Tools
