  1. Design, implement, and administer sales compensation programs for the Amazon Web Services sales team.
  2. Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales compensation programs and overall business strategy.
  4. Monitor and track sales performance and compensation payouts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to sales compensation.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation to continuously improve our programs.
  7. Communicate and educate sales team on sales compensation plans, policies, and procedures.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any challenges or roadblocks in the sales compensation process.
  9. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and analyze sales compensation data.
  10. Work with sales leadership to develop and implement incentives and bonuses to drive sales performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to sales compensation.
  12. Train and onboard new sales team members on sales compensation plans.
  13. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of sales commissions.
  14. Continuously review and improve sales compensation processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on sales compensation for the Amazon Web Services sales organization.

Job Qualifications
