- Design, implement, and administer sales compensation programs for the Amazon Web Services sales team.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis Or Related Role.
Strong Analytical Skills, Including Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
