Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations.
Experience With Sales Compensation Software And Systems, Such As Xactly Or Calliduscloud.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
