  1. Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  2. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation plans.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to compensation plans.
  4. Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform compensation plan decisions.
  5. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure sales compensation plans are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all sales compensation plans and policies.
  7. Communicate changes and updates to sales compensation plans to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and track sales performance against compensation targets and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations.

  • Experience With Sales Compensation Software And Systems, Such As Xactly Or Calliduscloud.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
