Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Practices, And Regulations.
