  1. Design and implement sales compensation plans for the global sales organization in alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current compensation plans to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform compensation plan design and decisions.
  4. Work closely with sales leadership to understand and address their compensation needs and concerns.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sales compensation principles, industry best practices, and market trends.
  6. Communicate compensation plans and changes effectively to sales teams and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans, making adjustments as needed to drive performance and achieve business goals.
  8. Provide guidance and support to sales managers and employees on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
  9. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all aspects of sales compensation.
  10. Stay informed of any changes or updates in sales compensation laws and regulations and make necessary updates to compensation plans and policies.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline compensation processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidential and sensitive information related to sales compensation with the utmost integrity.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the sales compensation team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and collaborating on projects and initiatives.
