- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales compensation training programs for new and existing employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs to drive performance and motivate the sales team.
- Analyze and report on sales compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle any inquiries or concerns from the sales team regarding their compensation in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to sales compensation, as assigned by the management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Principles, Including Commission Structures And Incentive Plans.
Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Stakeholders.
