  1. Oversee the quality control process for all games developed by Amazon Games, ensuring they meet high standards and are free of bugs and glitches.
  2. Lead and manage a team of QA testers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Work closely with game developers and product managers to identify and address any quality issues during the development process.
  4. Develop and implement testing strategies and processes to ensure efficient and thorough testing of games.
  5. Create and maintain test plans and documentation for each game, including identifying and prioritizing test cases.
  6. Utilize a variety of testing techniques, such as manual testing, automation, and exploratory testing, to ensure the quality of games.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, programmers, and artists, to identify and resolve issues.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of games, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in game development and quality assurance.
  10. Foster a culture of quality within the team, promoting a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality gaming experiences for our customers.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external QA partners and vendors, as needed.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of quality assurance for games within the company.
  13. Provide mentorship and support for junior team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of game development processes, tools, and technologies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the QA process, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
