Job Description

The PDQ Manager is responsible for assuring that the Design History File is properly compiled, including Risk Management and all requisite records of design are included, including compilation of DMR. If a design is contracted, the PDQ Manager assures that the DHF is properly transferred to Amazon and all elements of FDA QSR Design Controls are executed and included withing the DHF. The PQD Manager is responsible to assure the all CTQs (Critical-to-Quality) dimensions are verified during design, and all critical functional requirements are tested and/or verified according to the approved protocol. The PDQ Manager will sustain the product post transfer to manage all ECO (engineering change orders) and support CM in issue escalation in manufacturing and nonconformity investigation as necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience in ISO9001, ISO13485, FDA CFR820

  • Experience of working in a consumer device, or medical device manufacturing organization
