Job Description

Support new and expand existing programs that scale reach and increase analyst awareness for AWS service offerings, and significantly expand analyst understanding of the AWS approach to cloud computing. Collaborate with AR managers to educate analysts on service and feature launches for ever-expanding portfolio of AWS services and customer offerings. Act as the front line to prioritize, manage and build processes to expedite responses to incoming requests for information, research review, customer references, event speakers, and research interviews. Drive constant improvements, best practices, and increased efficiencies including efforts to standardize and/or document ad-hoc processes. Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, solve problems creatively, and manage business risk as you achieve established goals.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years of marketing or communications experience in the tech industry

  • Experience in supporting Sales, Product, or Marketing teams at a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical organization
