- Lead cross-functional teams: The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful insights and recommendations for Ring products and services.
- Drive creativity and innovation: As a member of the Ring Insights team, the Program Manager will be expected to drive creativity and innovation in order to shape the future of Ring products and services.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Engineering.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Consumer Electronics Company.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Measure Program Success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Build Strong Relationships.
