Job Description

Welcome to Amazon! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team as we expand our licensed sports division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end programs for our licensed sports products, from concept to delivery. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the intersection of sports and e-commerce, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex programs.   1. Develop and manage end-to-end programs for licensed sports products, including conceptualization, planning, execution, and delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of licensed sports products into the e-commerce platform.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the licensed sports industry.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with licensed sports partners and negotiate contracts for product licensing.
  5. Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of programs.

  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to licensed sports products.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote licensed sports programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sports Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In The Sports Industry.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Licensing Agreements And Partnerships Within The Sports Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
