- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives in line with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Conduct process audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives and report results to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their Lean Six Sigma skills and capabilities.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Completing Lean Six Sigma Projects And Achieving Black Belt Certification. This Qualification Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And The Ability To Lead Complex Improvement Initiatives.
Project Management Experience: As A Program Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt At Amazon, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Including Scope Management, Risk Management, And Stakeholder Management.
Amazon Experience: Familiarity With Amazon's Culture, Processes, And Systems Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates With Prior Experience Working At Amazon Or Other Large Organizations Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Company's Operations And Will Be Able To Hit The Ground Running.
