As a Program Manager, you will lead and drive operational excellence initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver exceptional results for our customers and business.   1. Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives in line with Lean Six Sigma principles.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  3. Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
  4. Conduct process audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Provide training and guidance to team members on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  7. Monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives and report results to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement plans.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to develop their Lean Six Sigma skills and capabilities.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for improvement initiatives.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to successful project execution.
  15. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and process improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Completing Lean Six Sigma Projects And Achieving Black Belt Certification. This Qualification Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And The Ability To Lead Complex Improvement Initiatives.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Program Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt At Amazon, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Including Scope Management, Risk Management, And Stakeholder Management.

  • Amazon Experience: Familiarity With Amazon's Culture, Processes, And Systems Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates With Prior Experience Working At Amazon Or Other Large Organizations Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Company's Operations And Will Be Able To Hit The Ground Running.

  • Analytical Skills: A Crucial Aspect Of This Role Is The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Proficient In Various Tools And Techniques Such As Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, And Data Visualization.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Program Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, The Candidate Will Be Leading A Team Of Professionals From Various Backgrounds. Therefore, Effective Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills Are Essential To Succeed In This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Motivate And Influence Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Drive A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
