- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the CPG market, including top brands and manufacturers
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase sales for both Amazon and our CPG partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG industry, utilizing market knowledge and industry trends
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all communication and negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure successful account management and execution of strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance and progress towards goals
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, as well as competitor activities, to inform account management strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure success and growth within the CPG market
- Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences, showcasing our capabilities and building relationships with potential clients.
