As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in our team by overseeing the planning, design, and budgeting of new grocery facilities. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction management and experience in the grocery industry.   1. Oversee the pre-construction phase of grocery facilities to ensure they are built to high standards and meet customer needs.

  3. Lead the design process for new grocery facilities, working closely with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and challenges in the pre-construction phase and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budget.
  6. Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality work.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the pre-construction phase.

  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in pre-construction management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pre-Construction Management, Specifically In The Grocery Or Industrial Sector

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Coordinating Pre-Construction Activities For Large-Scale Projects
